The Secretary-General of the League of Nations has
the honour to communicate herewith the English text of
the report adopted dwing its fourth session (July 12th-16th,
1924) by the Opium Proparatory Committee, charged by the
Council with the preliminary work for the (pium
Conferences to be hold next November.
The French text, which 13 in course of preparation,
will be forwarded at the earliest opportunity.
